Monday training-7 july 1.30pm be @ valhall trg 2-5pm wear pe attire/grn shirt Bring your stick and also $3. its gonna be a 3hr trg so make sure u eat ur lunch and able to sustain u thru out the trg if you are goin to arrive late. please sms aza/ci'en. thanks See you girls then!! :P Hi girls, Good trg today but we can do better! i can see the how much u put in today but we can further put in more. Come this Monday, put in more- heart and soul to the trg! :) 6 months of trg and 2 mths of at least 6-7 friendlies. alot of hardwork has been done. dun feel sore anymore. instead put that feelings of soreness into a source of energy for each one of u to do better. only u, urself is the barrier. Overcome that barrier only then will u improve. effort alone is one of the key things u need. but its not sufficient. So instead of feelin regrets/sad/angry etc, I leave u to Ask yourself this question again. What you want to achieve in A divs. What are u goin to do to achieve that goal? Are you gonna fight for it or you gonna just let nature take its way hoping to somehow achieve it. Tell me your answer by showing it come this mon trg (details below).
