for tmrw, have a good night rest. drink lots of plain water today and for tmrw's training.

bring the usual stuffs. TOWEL especially, very impt!

gym training starts at 3.45pm. gather at canteen at 3.40pm. Jolene, help me gather the girls pls. (ashyura, fathin, widayu will be coming in late as we have lessons until 4.10pm. teacher go and extend. grrr!)

wear GRRREEENNN shirt!

Everyone, please bring a personal fball notebook. any ex book will do. plus a pen. bring both things straight to training.

MUST BRING IT TMRW! those who never bring, fathin will make you buy at the bookshop. =/

remember to eat crabohydrate-based food before coming for training. More rice, noodles, potatoes etc. So you guys will have enough energy to sustain you guys for tmr.

AND IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE WEAR PROPER RUNNING SHOES FOR TRAINING TMR. make sure of that.

plus pls bring $5 each for February fball fund. tomorrow.

the outcome of tmr's training is up to you. you either make it high intensity or risk seeing another scenario like on wed.

ps: btw that was the first time coach ever got that angry. you guys are the first batch. are you proud of that? Is that what you want your batch to be remembered for? REFLECT on that. And reflect hard.
