HEY GIRLS! I'm going to keep this as short as possible. Training tomorrow, gather at canteen at 3.44pm SHARP. Bring your sticks, water bottle and most importantly, TOWELS cause there'll be gym training. The only thing I want you guys to remember for tomorrow is, TIME IS ESSENTIAL. Especially in floorball. Every second counts. We've got to improve on our reaction and movement time in trainings. That's one of the main objectives for tomorrow. Remember that girls. Don't forget to tag more than 10 words as usual. And lastly, take down the quote you see on the left side of the page. I'm going to ask each and every one of you tomorrow. Homework for tonight: Practise at least 5 mins on your stickplay. (The dribbling drills Coach taught us.) And MEMORISE THAT QUOTE. Till tomorrow.
