Morning Run @ 7am ( BOTH boys&girls, gather in the canteen by 6.59am) VJC MATCH TMRW: -At VJC hall -Bus provided (one way only) -Bus leaving ard 4pm. Time still not confirmed, will be confirmed latest by tmrw. Girls match face off: 5.30 pm Guys match face off : 6.45pm Bring usual stuff, towel and waterbottle J2 girls........ -Keep up the intensity on wed's training and rmrb whatever coach told us. DONT FORGET! (defence!) -Have sufficient sleep, have a HEAVY during lunch, eat MORE fruits (seriously!) and LOTSAAA plain water! Girls. gather at the foyer by 3.50pm on friday. (only applicable to girls ahhh) DONT BE LATE. Bring all ur stuffs along. Everyone wear pe shirt OH anw, this sat the guys are having a match against NJC, anyone interested to come for the match, pls tell fathin alrightss.
