TRAINING TOMORROW at FUTSAL by 3.40pm.
Please wear BLACK JERSEY and BRING along your PLAYBOOK.
Make sure you READ it before training tmr cause coach might test us on pages 1 to 5.


Also, those who OWE me timings for MORNING RUNS, please get them cleared by this week, no bargains.
5 rounds for last week and 6 rounds for this morning.
