Heyyyyyyyyyy girlsssssssssssssssssssss :) Tuesday, 27/10/2009, there will be morning run as usual. Assemble at the tracks at 6.50am sharp. No latecomers. I mean it this time. Those who live very far from woodlands, tell nadia for wake up call. Please remember the last meeting's discussion. Take the morning runs seriously because it will help you girls for the beep test. The beep test will also determine yourself as an individual for the upcoming selection for the A divs. Friday, 30/10/2009, there will be training AND beep test with COACH. Assemble at the futsal court at 1.40pm SHARP. No latecomers. We need to do warm-up to prepare for the beep test. After the beep test with Coach, he will than continue with training. Please bring your sticks and those who need sticks, please tell Nabilah or Sabrina in advance! Check your email for the chain list. Lastly, we will all participate in the Floorball league as a team.
